  1. At a racetrack they protect the bystanders from this kind of behavior by putting them in a grandstand behind a wall, so that when accidents happen (which they always do), only the drivers die. But it doesn't work. People come (and pay) to see near-death experiences, people die, sometimes it's the people IN the grandstands (who get hit by pieces of car), and then people for some reason keep doing it.

I think that good drivers actually do have a skill and can be really good at it (gifted), but unfortunately the idea of testing them until they reach the point where they CAN'T do it means killing somebody, usually them. Because it's a form of murder/suicide, it should be illegal.

  3. Thanks alot, but dont you think the debate is really thorny. However, the definition of intelligence does not control the paths whether legal or illegal. Furthermore, when the criminal somehow has escaped from the jail, does he considered as a gifted. Believe it or not, when this person has ability to escape, then he has a good ability to navigate the serious complicated problems.Again thank you for comment

  4. I think here we are dealing with the brain process or the quality of the action more, right? not deciding right or wrong behavior. Genrally I guess he has the first feature for being gifted, which is ''psychomotor ability''c5r4,p107. Honestly, this field is so exciting.
